and Model United Nations, attended the World Affairs Council of
Philadelphia's conference "Islam and the West" on May 1, 2006, which
included as speakers Vice President Richard Cheney, former Secretary of
State and National Security Advisor Henry Kissinger, noted scholar of Islam
Professor Bernard Lewis, Senator Joseph Biden, author Walter Russell Mead,
and PBS journalist Judy Woodruff. |

Seven teachers in the elementary school, Karen DeMarco,
George Vafiadis, Tom Roller, Bonnye Kelman, Megan Knox, Doris Heise and Mark
Stover coached our three Reading Olympics , who were winners of
two blue ribbons and one red ribbon at the competition held at Hatboro
Horsham High School. |
